How much does house maintenance cost in Playa del Carmen?
It starts at $1,500 MXN a month and rises with what the house has: a pool, how many air conditioners, a garden, cars, and how many visits a month you want. The calculator above gives you your own figure without talking to anyone.
How often do you come?
Once a month at minimum, and you can ask for more; every extra visit is priced in the calculator. Pool and garden work runs on its own weekly rhythm.
Do I have to be there?
No. The plan exists precisely for houses that spend part of the year on their own. You get a written report after every visit.
Who comes into my house?
The same vetted people every month, not a rota of strangers. There is a contract and insurance. Staff wear body cameras.
Does it include cleaning the house?
It can. The calculator asks how many times a month you want someone to clean; if you already have someone you trust, leave it at zero.
